Dear Colleagues,
I am pleased to invite you to register for your new AIPS Membership Card for the 2024/2025 card period. AIPS membership is biennial with the next period commencing January 2024. I therefore urge you if you have not already done so, to register online as soon as possible. Your online registration is particularly important if you are in immediate need of your card.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Online registration is available on the AIPS website. Please go to the link below to apply for a card and to view the instructional video in English – you may have to ‘allow pop-ups’ in order for this video to work.

Please, carefully check the e-mail address and mobile number. There is no need to upload a new photo unless you wish to change it. IMPORTANT: JPG format and portrait passport photo (no sunglasses, no cap).
Please note that the registration process is in two stages:
Online application
You must first update the application form and once your details have been registered, click on ‘Get your Aips Card!’ It is your responsibility to contact your National Association for approval and payment of membership fees.

Card printing
To print your card, your National Association will in turn need to confirm your application and ask the AIPS Secretariat to process your card.
In the case of members who are citizens of countries which do not have a National Association affiliated to AIPS, we will assist you directly.

2024/2025 AIPS MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL INFORMATION

Par le présent courrier, je vous invite à faire la demande de renouvèlement de votre carte AIPS 2024-2025. L’AIPS carte est valable pour une période de deux ans à partir du 1er janvier 2024. Si vous n’avez pas encore entamé les démarches nécessaires, je vous invite à le faire avant la fin de l’année, et cela d’autant plus si vous souhaitez recevoir votre carte en début d’année 2024.
DEMANDE DE CARTE AIPS
La demande devra être effectuée en complétant le formulaire en ligne directement sur le site Internet de l’AIPS :http://www.aipsmedia.com/index.html?page=survey&q=8
Modifiez éventuellement les renseignements vous concernant. Il n’est pas nécessaire de remplacer votre photo. La demande se fait en deux temps :

Lorsque vous aurez rempli tous les champs du formulaire, cliquez sur ‘Nouvelle carte’ et contactez votre association pour la confirmation et le paiement de votre inscription.

Impression de la carte AIPS
Votre association nationale doit entrer en contact avec le Secrétariat de l’AIPS afin de confirmer votre inscription et faire la demande d’impression de votre carte.
Merci de bien vouloir contacter le Secrétariat s’il n’existe pas dans votre pays une association nationale membre de l’AIPS.
