Brasil fue el ganador general y el que copó la mayoría de los podios en los diversos niveles.
El punto final del evento fue una excelente ceremonia de clausura presidida por el propio titular de la Confederación Sudamericana de Tenis de Mesa, doctor Néstor Tenca y el presidente de la Federación Paraguaya, ingeniero Benjamín Real.
Estos fueron campeones y finalistas de las diferentes categorías:
Dobles sub 11 niñas: Manuela Echeverry-Juliana Rodriguez (Colombia) campeonas, Luján Rotela-Karimi Apud (Paraguay), finalistas.
Dobles sub 11 varones: Daniel Godoy-David Beznos (Brasil) campeones, Luis Vanegas-Angelo Millán (Venezuela), finalistas.
Dobles sub 13 niñas: Bruna Takahashi-Fernanda Kodama (Brasil), campeonas; Daniela Yano-Luana Katsumata (Brasil), finalistas.
Dobles sub 13 varones: Enzo Nakashima-Pedro Rodigues (Brasil), campeones; Rafael Torino-Eduardo Tomoike (Brasil), finalistas.

Paraguay hosted a magnificent party continental of table tennis

Asunción was host to the third edition sub ??11 and twenty-second sub 13 of the South American tournaments of table tennis.
Were five days (from Wednesday 17 to Sunday July 21, 2013) to lavish party that served as a sort of «international baptism» to the brand new own stadium of the Paraguayan Federation of Table Tennis, which now boasts of being the only entity of the continent that possessed a complex exclusively of this discipline, of this size.
In its wide competition area of nine hundred square meters, were mounted eight tables to develop the competition simultaneously.
Brazil was the general winner and the one that took most of the podiums at various levels.
The end point of the event was a great closing ceremony presided over by the holder himself of the South American Confederation of Table Tennis, Dr. Nestor Tenca and the Paraguayan Federation president, engineer Benjamin Real.
