BOGOTÁ, Colombia, 1 de setiembre de 2020.- Poco a poco regresa el deporte a la «normalidad» en los diferentes países del continente americano tras la pandemia del covid-19 y con ese regreso, las buenas noticias llegaron para Zdenscka Bacarreza Pinilla, quién fue presentada oficialmente por la Federación Boliviana de Fútbol, como la nueva entrenadora del equipo Sub-17 femenino, convirtiéndose en la primera mujer en ese país en ocupar ese cargo dentro de un seleccionado nacional.

Zdenscka es conocida en nuestro medio, por ser una de las periodistas deportivas de Las Super Poderosas una revista multideportiva en la cual trabaja con Carmen Pozo. Tuve la oportunidad de conocerla durante el cubrimiento de los Juegos Bolivarianos en Santa Marta, Colombia en 2017 y no es exageración decir que el deporte recorre sus venas. Poco a poco fuí conociendo más de ella por medio de la tecnología y de las publicaciones en su Facebook, donde el fútbol femenino es una de las constantes.

Ese amor, esa pasión, esa entrega, esa dedicación y esa preparación la llevaron a haber sido, primero, designada como Asistente Técnica de Napoleón Cardozo en la Selección Mayor Femenina y ahora a ser elegida por unanimidad, -entre siete propuestas-, por los dirigentes federativos, para dirigir al equipo Sub-17 de mujeres.

¿Cuál fue la propuesta que presentó a la Federación?

«Una propuesta de cambio, los tiempos en el fútbol son los mismos en todo el mundo, las diferencias las queremos marcar con nuestro sistema de entrenamiento y en las condiciones en las que implementaremos estas fórmulas. La idea es no enseñarles todo, sino, en condiciones nunca antes brindadas al fútbol femenino, hacerlas crecer. No olvidemos que es una categoría donde las jugadoras todavía están en formación y hay que igualar a este grupo donde existen diferencias en lo estrictamente técnico y en la concepción del juego. En Bolivia no hay una liga nacional femenina y en el 70 % del país se juega solo algunos meses, esto a nivel de selección complica absolutamente todo. Presentamos para esta Sub-17 Nacional, una propuesta integral que siente las bases para futuras convocatorias a la Sub-20 y luego a la Mayor, para comenzar a soldar una cadena fuerte, con las misma filosofía e identidad de juego». 

TRAYECTORIA

Zdenscka no solo es una apasionada por el fútbol, sino que se ha preparado tanto nacional como internacionalmente para trabajar día a día por este deporte en la rama femenina, en su Bolivia del alma. Comenzó hace 6 años como formadora de futbolistas, y tras un trabajo intenso en la Escuela Las Súper Poderosas logró llevar a sus niñas a diferentes eventos. «He comenzado desde abajo y junto a mi socia Carmen, nos hemos dado formas de salir a jugar al exterior, logrando que nuestras niñas y jóvenes tengan la posibilidad de vivir esa experiencia, que estoy segura ha sido inolvidable, y creo que eso ha pesado mucho, además de dirigir al primer equipo boliviano que tuvo la posibilidad de jugar en Europa (Alemania) y salir campeonas demostrando buen fútbol, así como haber llevado otro equipo a Corea del Sur para participar en la Copa de la Paz, eso nos ha permitido ampliar nuestros horizontes y el de nuestras chicas». 

TEXAS, ESTADOS UNIDOS

«En 2016, Thiana Berdeja de 11 años, una de las jugadoras de la Escuela Las Súper Poderosas fue invitada por el entrenador boliviano Reynaldo López quien es el Presidente del Club, para formar parte del equipo Sub-12 del Dallas Soccer Stars FC y participar en un torneo infantil en Dallas, Texas, en ese mismo evento, él también me dio la oportunidad de dirigir el mes que estuvimos en el país del norte». 

EUROPA, POR PRIMERA VEZ Y CAMPEONAS

Zdenscka logró, por primera llevar a un equipo femenino a un torneo en Europa, tras aplicar para participar en el Festival Aniversario por los 10 años de la Organización Discover Football de Alemania en 2019. «En esta oportunidad, decidimos llevar un equipo mixto de entrenadoras y jugadoras de la escuela con el cual conformamos un solo equipo denominado ‘Fatuma Adan’ en honor a esta keniata Embajadora de la Paz y quien fue galardonada con el Premio de la Paz de Stuttgard en 2011 y salimos campeonas junto al representativo de Irán». 

ASIA, TIEMPO DE FUTSAL

«A principios de este año recibimos una invitación por parte de la World Federation of United Nations Associations – WFUNA y de la Fundación Pyeongchang Legacy, para asistir a un torneo de futsal mixto denominado Copa de la Paz U-16, organizado en Corea del Sur, allí el equipo de Las Súper Poderosas, el único conformado por solo mujeres, representó a Bolivia, tambien participo Timor Oriental de Kenya y tres equipos coreanos». 

BRASIL ABRIÓ MAS PUERTAS

Una nueva invitación llegó en 2020, esta vez de la escuela Pelado Real F.C. de Brasil, «participamos de una clínica de fútbol infantil femenino en Sao Paulo, a la que asisitimos con 8 jugadoras de la escuela, nuestras niñas pudieron compartir una semana llena de fútbol, diversión, entretenimiento, aprendizaje y empoderamiento, en uno de los campamentos más grandes y famosos el Donas da Rua». 

LAS SÚPER PODEROSAS, FÚTBOL Y PERIODISMO

Las Súper Poderosas es más que una revista y un Club Deportivo, es un proyecto que apoya al deporte en su totalidad. En la parte periodística, es una sociedad deportiva que hace más de 15 años se dedica a la cobertura de disciplinas deportivas amateur en Bolivia; y en la parte deportiva nació hace 5 años cuando Zdenscka junto a Carmen decidieron ampliar sus horizontes hacia el fútbol femenino y desde entonces se dedica a la formación de jóvenes promesas en esta disciplina.

Zdenscka es socia de la revista y además Gerente Propietaria y creadora de la Escuela de fútbol femenino infanto-juvenil. «‘Las Súper Poderosas’, es el primero en su género en Bolivia, solo para mujeres y dirigida por mujeres que por primera vez tuvo la visión de pensar en la base y el desarrollo del fútbol femenino y entrenar con niñas desde los 5 años». 

EN LA ACADEMIA

Tiene totalmente claro que no sólo la práctica hace al maestro y por eso la preparación académica ha sido una de sus prioridades, es Licenciada en Derecho, Diplomada en Periodismo Deportivo y Entrenadora Titulada de Fútbol Femenino. Desde 2014 ha realizado varias capacitaciones nacionales e internacionales, entre las que se destacan 4 cursos FIFA y 2 cursos Conmebol tanto en Bolivia como en Uruguay, todos exclusivos para fútbol femenino. 

EL PRIMER RETO

El primer gran evento que tendrá a su cargo será la participación en el Suramericano de la categoría que se realizará en Uruguay del 30 de noviembre al 17 de diciembre y que clasificará a las tres primeras selecciones al Mundial de la India 2021, estos son los cupos otorgados por la Conmebol. 

LA CRUDA REALIDAD DEL FÚTBOL BOLIVIANO EN GENERAL

«El futbol boliviano por su estructura es resultadista, en el fútbol profesional 8 de 14 de los clubes participantes clasifican a un torneo internacional, sudamericana o libertadores, es una barbaridad. Es decir, en cada temporada la desesperación es sumar los puntos para clasificar y garantizar los premios en efectivo, para recuperar lo invertido o gastado por cada club, hay que ganar y no importa cómo. Los refuerzos extranjeros en todos los casos superan los 30 años, el trabajo en divisiones menores no es el ideal o ni siquiera existe, salvo escasas excepciones.

Bolivia debe tener un record internacional de técnicos cesados de sus cargos, por ejemplo algunos duran solo 5 o 6 fechas, los equipos pueden llegar a tener 3 técnicos en un año. Cada temporada el 80% de los clubes en Bolivia adeuda a sus jugadores de 2 a 4 meses de sueldos por malas administraciones y planificaciones. Lo urgente, no le deja cabida a lo importante, hace más de 30 años.

Con esto, trato de explicar que las falencias son muchas, donde cada una de ellas es importante, negativa y un lastre para el futbol boliviano».

¿Y en cuanto al femenino? «Creo que el fútbol femenino en Bolivia está creciendo poco a poco, nos falta mucho apoyo y mejores condiciones. Es importante que comencemos a trabajar con las bases y pongamos especial énfasis en el desarrollo del mismo, masificar su práctica, mejorar la calidad de nuestras jugadoras desde el fútbol base hasta el élite y que tengamos competencias sostenibles y por categorías en todos los departamentos del país».

ZDENSCKA BACARREZA PINILLA THE FIRST BOLIVIAN FEMALE DESIGNATED AS COACH OF A WOMEN’S NATIONAL FOOTBALL TEAM

BOGOTA, Colombia, September 1, 2020.- August 31, 2020.-Little by little the sport returns to «normality» in the different countries of the American continent after the covid-19 pandemic and with that return, the good news came for Zdenscka Bacarreza Pinilla, who was officially presented by the Bolivian Football Federation, as the new coach of the Women’s U-17 team, becoming the first woman in that country to hold that position within a national team.

Zdenscka is known in our world for being one of the sports journalists at Las Super Poderosas a multisport magazine in which she works with Carmen Pozo. I had the opportunity to meet her during the coverage of the Bolivarian Games in Santa Marta, Colombia in 2017 and it is not an exaggeration to say that sport runs through her veins. I got to know more about her through her publications on her Facebook, where women’s football is one of the constants.

That love, that passion, that dedication, that efforr and her studies led her to have been, first, appointed as Coach Assistant of Napoleón Cardozo in the Women’s Senior National Team and now to be elected unanimously, -among seven proposals-, by the federative leaders, to lead the U-17 Women’s Team. 

Which was the proposal you presented to the Federation?

«A proposal for change, the football times are the same all over the world, we want to highlight the differences with our training system and in the conditions in which we will implement these formulas. The idea is not to teach them everything, but, in conditions never before offered to women’s football, to make them grow. Let’s not forget that it is a category where the players are still in training and it is necessary to even this group where there are differences in the technical ways and in the conception of the game. In Bolivia there is no national women’s league and in 70% of the country it is played only a few months, at national level this complicates absolutely everything. We presented for this National U-17, a comprehensive proposal that lays the foundations for future calls to the U-20 and then to the Major Team to begin to weld a strong chain, with the same philosophy and identity of the game». 

PATHWAY

Zdenscka is not only passionate about football, she has prepared herself both nationally and internationally to keep working day by day for this sport in the female branch, in her beloved Bolivia. She started 6 years ago as a football trainer, and after hard work at Las Súper Poderosas Club, she managed to take her girls to different events. «I have started from the bottom and together with my partner Carmen, we have given ourselves ways to go out and play outside, ensuring that our girls and youngs have the opportunity to live that experience, which I am sure has been unforgettable, and I think this that has weighed a lot, in addition to coached the first Bolivian team that had the opportunity to play in Europe (Germany) and become champions showing good football, as well as taken another team to South Korea to participate in the Peace Cup, that has allowed us broaden our horizons and that of our girls». 

TEXAS, UNITED STATES

«In 2016, Thiana Berdeja, 11 years old, one of Las Súper Poderosas Club players was invited by the Bolivian coach Reynaldo López who is the President of the Club, to be part of the Dallas Football Stars FC U-12 team and participate in a Kid’s tournament in Dallas, Texas, in that same event, he also gave me the opportunity to coach during the month we were in the northern country». 

EUROPE, FOR THE FIRST TIME AND CHAMPIONS

Zdenscka managed, for the first time, to take a Women’s Team to a tournament in Europe, after applying to participate at the 10-year Anniversary Festival of the Germany Discover Football Organization in 2019. «This time, we decided to bring a mixed team of coaches and players from the Club with which we made a single team called ‘Fatuma Adan’ in honor of this Kenyan Ambassador of Peace and who was awarded the Stuttgard Peace Prize in 2011, and we were champions together with Iran». 

ASIA, FUTSAL TIME

«At the beginning of this year we received an invitation from the World Federation of United Nations Associations – WFUNA and the Pyeongchang Legacy Foundation, to attend a mixed futsal tournament called the U-16 Peace Cup, organized in South Korea. There, Las Súper Poderosas Team, the only one made up of only women represented Bolivia; East Timor from Kenya and three Korean teams also participated». 

BRAZIL OPENED MORE DOORS

A new invitation arrived in 2020, this time from the Brazilian team Pelado Real F.C., «we participated in a Women’s Football Clinic in Sao Paulo, which we attended with 8 players from our Club, our girls were able to share a week full of football, fun, entertainment, learning and empowerment, in one of the biggest and famous campus the Donas da Rua». 

LAS SUPER PODEROSAS, FOOTBALL AND JOURNALISM

Las Súper Poderosas is more than a magazine and a Sport Club, it is a project that supports sports as a whole. In the journalistic part, it is a society that for more than 15 years has been dedicated to the coverage of amateur sports in Bolivia; and in the sports part it was born 5 years ago when Zdenscka together with Carmen decided to expand their horizons towards women’s football and since then is dedicated to the training of promising youngsters in this discipline.

Zdenscka is a partner of the magazine and also the Owner Manager and creator of the Football Club. Las Súper Poderosas is the first of its kind in Bolivia, only for women and managed by women, who for the first time had the vision of thinking about the roots and development of women’s football and training with girls from 5 years of age». 

ACADEMIA

She is totally clear that not only practice makes perfection and that is why academic preparation has been one of her priorities, she has a Law Degree, a Diploma in Sports Journalism and a Diploma in Women’s Football Coaching. Since 2014 she has carried out several national and international courses, among which are 4 from FIFA and 2 from Conmebol both in Bolivia and Uruguay, all exclusively for women’s football. 

THE FIRST CHALLENGE

The first major event that she will be in charge of, will be the participation in the Southamerican U-17 that will be held in Uruguay from November 30 to December 17 tournament that will classify the first three teams to the World Cup India 2021, these are the quotas granted by Conmebol. 

THE HARSH GENERAL REALITY OF BOLIVIAN FOOTBALL

«Bolivian football by its structure is a resultist one, in professional football 8 out of 14 of the clubs qualify for an international competition, Sudamericana or Libertadores tournament, this is outrageous. That is to say, in each season the desperation is to add up the points to classify and guarantee the cash prizes, to recover the invested or spent money by each club, you have to win and no matter how. Foreign players in all cases exceed 30 years of age; the work in lower divisions is not ideal or does not even exist, with few exceptions.

Bolivia must have an international record of technicians dismissed from their positions, for example some last only 5 or 6 dates, teams can have 3 technicians in a year. Each season 80% of the clubs in Bolivia owe their players 2 to 4 months of salaries due to bad administration and planning. The urgent does not leave room for the important, more than 30 years ago.

With this, I try to explain that the problems are many, where each one of them is important, negative and a burden for Bolivian football.

And as for women’s? «I think that women’s football in Bolivia is growing little by little, we lack a lot of support and better conditions. It is important that we begin to work with the roots and put special emphasis on developing it, expanding its practice, improving the quality of our players from roots football to the elite and to have sustainable competitions by categories in all counties of the country».
