FLORIDABLANCA, Colombia. 28 de mayo de 2019.- Después de la positiva acogida que tuvo la primera edición de los AIPS Sport Media Awards, regresó la promoción, esta vez para nuestro segundo año, y una vez más, como parte del Congreso AIPS América que se realiza previo a los IV Juegos Deportivos de nuestro continente. Siendo este el primer contacto personal con los periodistas, después de un trabajo en redes sociales que cada vez toma más fuerza.
El XXV Congreso Aips América, realizado en Floridablanca, Colombia, dio la oportunidad para que los delegados asistentes de Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Costa Rica, Cuba, Guatemala, México, Nicaragua, Perú, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, Surinam, Trinidad y Tobago, Uruguay y Colombia. tuvieran la oportunidad de conocer las nuevas noticias que llegan para este año.
Sin duda, uno de los puntos más importantes fue la inclusión de la categoría ‘Reportero Joven’ la cual es de gran importancia para incentivar el periodismo de calidad en las nuevas generaciones.
El compromiso de los Presidentes/Delegados no se hizo esperar, es así como el Circulo de Periodistas de Chile, ya publicó la convocatoria en su página web, destacando además a sus dos asociados finalistas por américa en la primera edición, Diego Rodríguez (Radio ADN) con un reportaje sobre las consecuencias del Terremoto del 27-F en el deporte, y Carlos González (La Tercera) con una entrevista al ex tenista Marcelo Ríos.
Por su parte, el Circulo de Periodistas de Uruguay mencionó como principalmente que “los AIPS Sport Media Awards regresan con más categorías, más premios y más oportunidades”.
Los medios de comunicación locales e internacionales también mostraron su apoyo, como el Periódico El Siglo del Torreón de México y el Canal Oro Noticias de Colombia.
La promoción de los Aips Sport Media Awards seguirá en el continente americano, teniendo como uno de los eventos más importantes, los Juegos Panamericanos Lima 2019.

reception of the first edition of the AIPS Sport Media Awards, the promotion is
back, this time for our second year, and once again, as part of the Aips
America Congress that was held prior to the IV Sports Games of our continent.
Being this, the first personal contact with journalists, after an initial work
in social networks that every time takes more strength.
The XXV Aips America Congress, held in Floridablanca, Colombia, gave the
opportunity for the attending delegates from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa
Rica, Cuba, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Peru, Paraguay, Puerto Rico,
Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Uruguay and Colombia, to know the new news this
Awards brings for this year.
Undoubtedly, one of the most important points was the inclusion of the ‘Young
Reporter’ category, for its great importance to encourage quality journalism in
the new generations.
The commitment of the Presidents / Delegates did not wait, this is how the
Chilean Sport Journalist Circle, already published the call on its website,
also highlighting its two finalist members for America list in the first
edition; Diego Rodríguez (Radio ADN) with a report on the consequences of the

with former tennis player Marcelo Ríos.
On the other hand, the Uruguayan Sport Press Circle mentioned as one of the

The promotion of the Aips Sport Media Awards will continue in the American
continent, having as one of the most important events, the Pan American Games
Lima 2019.
